Jiahao received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from North China Electric Power University in 2019 and 2025, respectively. From 2024 to 2025, he served as a visiting student at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, USA. During his doctoral studies, he focused on the fundamental modeling of power system frequency dynamics and developed several example applications. Luckily, his thesis was nominated for the Best Doctoral Dissertation (top 10 nationwide) by the China Electrotechnical Society.
In 2025, he relocated to Ireland to join University College Dublin as a Postdoctoral Fellow. He is currently advancing the application of the Complex Frequency to unify the description of voltage and frequency stability.
